Once the connected compatible device is updated to Windows 10, check the requirements by clicking on the start option on windows.
Click on settings and the system option. On the system option, click on about.

Once the system updates to windows 10, proceed with further steps.
Restart the computer and printer which is connected previously.
Then, do power cycling by turning off the respective devices by unplugging them. Wait for at least 30 seconds.
Later turn on the Windows computer and printer.
Further, try to uninstall the Epson printer connection using the printers and scanners option on the settings option.
On the printer and scanners option, find the printer name and uninstall it using the remove option. Further, restart the computer.
Now, reinstall the required Epson printer using the same printers and devices option on windows using settings. Here, click on add printer or scanner option.
Turn on your respective printer and place it near the computer.
Once the printer detects the printer, click on add device option.
Connect the printer and windows computer using USB cords and then turn on.
Alternatively, Clear and Run the print spooler.
Or else try to Run the printer troubleshooter using your windows option.
Select the start option and on settings.
Further, click on the Update and Security option. Now, select the troubleshoot option.
On the troubleshooter page, click on the Additional troubleshooter option and try to detect the problem.
Look at the driver software details, try to uninstall the existing driver OS and download the latest version using the driver download page.
Restart the computer and install the downloaded driver OS using the guidelines.
